NCPC boss congratulates Muslims on Eid-Ul-Mawlid
CELEBRATIONS:The Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC), Bishop Stephen Adegbite, has congratulated the Muslim faithful in Nigeria and around the world on the occasion of Eid-ul-Mawlid.
Bishop
Adegbite noted that Eid-ul-Mawlid offers Muslims a unique opportunity to
celebrate the birth of the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) and reflect on his teachings.
He urged the Muslim Ummah and all Nigerians to embrace the values of patience,
sacrifice, and resilience during this celebration.
The
NCPC boss also encouraged Muslims and Nigerians to use this occasion to pray
for victims of recent flood disasters and offer support to those affected.
Additionally,
he urged them to pray for President Bola Tinubu and his administration, seeking
divine guidance for the successful implementation of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
Bishop
Adegbite expressed optimism that the current challenges facing the country are
temporary and encouraged Nigerians to have faith in the present administration.
He
concluded by imploring the Muslim Ummah to pray for lasting peace, prosperity,
and a more egalitarian society in Nigeria.
